Meet The Team

TRENT CONRAD

President

Trent has enjoyed success as a senior leader in the automotive industry for almost 23 years as General Manager for Park Place Dealerships, and General Manager and subsequently Regional Director for Sonic Automotive. 

His responsibilities included full P&L and operational accountability for all departments (Sales, Service, Parts, Collision Center, Accounting/Finance). 

In his capacity as Regional Director with Sonic, Trent directed Inventory Management, Vehicle Re-Conditioning, Online Presence, Vehicle Logistics, Vendor Management and Training.

CRAIG CHEATLE

Advisory Board Member

Craig has 28 years of expertise in the automotive fleet industry. He brings a wealth of knowledge, and the ability to apply an array of global automotive experiences and management techniques to ONSite FLEET. 

He developed and successfully launched the Corporate Sales Department for Audi of America, which contributed to over 15% of total sales in the U.S. and Canada. He has established, implemented and led numerous fleet consulting and process reengineering programs for corporate fleets, automotive OEMs and tier 1 suppliers. 

Most recently, he served as the SVP Business Development, Account Management and Marketing for Verra Mobility where he increased the total number of vehicles on toll programs by over 800% within 6 years.

JESSE BATDORF 

Senior Director Business Development 

Jesse is a U.S. Army veteran and fleet management professional with over 30 years of international vehicle management experience. He has managed large fleet operations for companies such as Hertz Leasing, Master Lease Europe, Deutsche Bahn (German Rail) and Dupre Transport.
 
Most recently he served as the Senior Manager of Nissan North America’s Corporate Vehicles Program where he was responsible for all operational aspects of the $1B portfolio consisting of over 30K vehicles. During his 13 years of leadership, Jesse was able to grow participation in the Nissan Corporate Vehicles Program over 300%.


LAUREN NORMAND 

Director of Accounting and Administration

Lauren brings extensive knowledge in the financial and administrative space. Prior to joining OnSite Fleet, Lauren served as an executive assistant in the automotive retail environment with responsibilities over vendor relationships, accounts payable, monthly reconciliations, contract management, and much more. 

It’s Lauren’s attention to detail and unmatched work ethic that has allowed for her rapid rise in the automotive industry. 

Lauren has 6 years of experience in the automotive industry. 

CHRIS BACK 

Director of Production

Chris’ career has been entirely in the automotive field. Starting as a heavy duty truck mechanic, he progressed to fleet manager for 2 major private fleets with multiple locations. 

He became involved in the retail business with the Beaman Automotive Group his duties included assistant service manager, service manager and the last 10 years as Service Director for all the group’s franchises, including FCA. 

His accountability included day to day operations, customer service, staffing, P&L management, and vendor interactions for all service and pre-delivery departments. 

Chris has 42 years of experience in the automotive industry. 

Cynthia (Cindy) Beresh-Bryant, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MHRD, RCC 

HR Manager

Cindy has more than 20 years experience as an HR professional working primarily in the manufacturing industry for Fortune 250 and Fortune 500 companies. 

She’s held leadership roles in multiple country and business units with responsibility for union and non-union workgroups. She's managed every HR function from, talent acquisition to environmental, health and safety.

Cindy is a published author, an adjunct professor at Athens State University, and has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial -Organizational Psychology, and Master’s Degree in HR Development. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a SHRM Senior Certified Professional, and a Registered Corporate Coach.
